Jan - Feb 2008 £200 per week
Mar - Jun 2008 £290 per week
Jul - Oct 2008 £335 per week
Nov 2008 - Feb 2009 £210 per week
Notes on prices
Prices for the property are per week and in UK Pounds. Discounts for long lets are available.
No extra charge for electricity, air conditioning and heating. Cost is per week for the apartment, not per person. No under occupancy supplement.
Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is payable at the time of booking.
No refunds will be given for cancellations unless received in writing 28 days prior to the let.
Guests must agre not to smoke in the apartment.
We hold the booking provisionally for ten days to allow time for your deposit to reach us. After this time the apartment will be re-offered.
Long term lets are welcome, rates on application.
Change over day negotiable.
